Roger and Liz's Ruby Wedding Gift to AKPA
Transplant patient Roger Ward and his wife Liz celebrated their ruby wedding anniversary in July this year.
Roger - who had his transplant in December 1994 - and Liz requested that their family, friends and neighbours who attended their celebration should donate money to AKPA. They raised £400 and visited a meeting of the AKPA committee to hand over their donation to AKPA chair Val Slade (pictured left). |
